An Arborist Report is an analysis that is done by a Certified Arborist to evaluate a plants health. These are required to obtain removal permits within the GTA. A replant plan is also required for the replacement of the tree that is being removed. While building a new home, or the renovation of an existing structure, a tree protection plan is required by the forestry department of the GTA. This is to ensure protection of any existing tree on and adjacent to the property during construction.
