Office Generalist

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Office Generalist, you will support various office operations under the guidance of the Office Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling & Client Communication: Coordinate and confirm weekly service visits with clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Client File Management: Keep client files organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Coordinators and Department Heads to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Accounts Receivables: Assist in following up on outstanding invoices in collaboration with the Accounts Receivables team.
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to the office team as required, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Communication Skills: Strong phone presence and professional written communication.
- Organizational Proficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative approach to working within a team to achieve collective goals.
Contract Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
- CRM Database: Comfortable working with an internal CRM system.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks efficiently in a contract-based role.
- Previous experience in administrative or office roles is a plus.
- Must be able to legally work in Canada or have an open work permit.
Contract Duration: June 2025 – October 2025
- Start Date: Immediately
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm
- Compensation: $21.00/hr
