Then Richard Eaton arrived right on time and gave me an estimate while he was on site. Because the work involved my neighbour, he also fielded questions from her, resulting in her approval for the work. As soon as the weather allowed, I was contacted and a day was arranged for the work. The crew of three, headed by Dylan Stevenson, called to ask if they could arrive a little early! Of course, I said. They were here for several hours and did a wonderful job. They were efficient and very safety-conscious and friendly and responsive to all my questions.
